A regular meeting of the Homestead Township Board was called to order at 6:30 p.m., by Chair, Cathy Demitroff.
Present by Roll Call: Cathy Demitroff, Shelley Rosa, Mary Geetings, Carol Moore, and Matt Miller.
Also Present - Tim Markey and Frank Walterhouse
APPROVE AGENDA: Motion by Geetings to approve the agenda with additions: Renewable Energy Collaboration and the Pioneer Group Bill. Support Miller with additions. All Ayes. Motion Carried.
Fire Department Policy and Procedures: Motion by Miller to adopt the Fire Department's Policy and Procedure presented to the board with corrections. Support Demitroff. All Ayes. Motion Carried.
Renewable Energy Collaboration: The board had no position to take on Renewable Energy for the County Board.
The Pioneer Bill: Motion by Rosa to short pay the invoice by $66.70 for the snow plowing ad that was placed in the Record Patriot without a request from the Twp Board. Support Miller. All Ayes. Motion Carried.

ADJOURN: Motion by Miller to Adjourn. Support Moore. All Ayes. Motion Carried. Adjourned at 8:25
