One picnic table was broken. Parents will reimburse the school, who will reimburse the Twp.

FEMA Flood Insurance - Ed Jones is helping Cathy to research this complicating issue. We currently do not have a flood plane, nor has it been declared a flood plane. The Twp would have to adopt an insurance resolution.

PUBLIC INPUT : Edna Beecraft - When will the Zoning be completed? Are we required to have Zoning? The UP does not have zoning in all of their townships. The committee has done an outstanding job. Business should be on the US 31 Corridor.

Catherine Ralston - You can have no zoning in townships. You automatically fall under county Zoning. I think? I do not know for sure. Consider a live web for our meeting, and a web site, this would be very beneficial to everyone.

Public In Put - Closed

Adjourned: Motion by Miller to adjourn. Support Gray. All Ayes. Motion Carried. Adjourned 8:25

Respectfully submitted,

Mary Geetings, Clerk
Cathy Demitroff, Supervisor
