A special meeting of the Homestead and Inland Township Boards was called to order at 7:30 p.m., by Chairs, Paul Beechraft and Cathy Demitroff.
Present: Cathy Demitroff, Shelley Rosa, Mary Geetings, Matt Miller, Zelda Gray, and the Inland Twp Board.
Also present: Residents of Inland Twp.
Adoption of the Homestead Inland Joint Zoning Ordinance : Resolution by Cathy Demitroff to adopt the Homestead / Inland Joint Zoning Ordinance. Support Matt Miller. Roll Call: Gray - Yes, Geetings - Yes, Rosa - Yes, Miller - Yes and Demitroff - Yes. Motion Carried.
Appoint a Joint Board of Appeals : Motion by Cathy Demitroff to appoint the following people to represent Homestead Township on the Joint Board of Appeals: Zelda Gray - Fred Poynor - Cloral Beeler - and Matt Miller, Alternate. Support Rosa. Roll Call: Gray - Yes, Miller - Yes, Geetings - Yes, Rosa - Yes and Demitroff - Yes. Motion Carried.
Set Zoning Fees : Motion by Cathy Demitroff to adopt the Fee Schedule for the Homestead / Inland Joint Ordinance, as presented. Support Rosa. All Ayes. Motion Carried.
Public In-Put : Rodger Hubbell - Thanks to the board for all there time and effort.
Shari Ockert Poulisse - Thanks to both Board Planning Commissions, for all your effort. This is very good.
Roger Williams - The Zoning will go into effect 8 days after the notice has been run in the paper.
