HOMESTEAD TOWNSHIP
SPECIAL MEETING
July 21, 2010

A special meeting of the Homestead Twp Board was called to order at 5:00 p.m. by Chair, Cathy Demitroff .

Present by Roll Call: Miller, Moore, Rosa, Geetings, and Demitroff all present.

Also Present - Bob Rosa, Ingemar Johansson, Anthony Sellers, Sherry and Rich Coykendal

The entire audience participated in the Pledge of Allegiance.

APPROVAL of AGENDA - Motion by Rosa to accept the agenda as presented. Support Miller. All Ayes. Motion Carried.

PUBLIC IN PUT: None

Consider the JPC's recommendation for the Village of Honor's request to form a Joint Master Plan, include them in the Planning Commission and application for grant fund.

Motion by Rosa, support Miller to accept the first recommendation from the JPC to incorporate the Village of Honor into the Joint Planning Commission. All Ayes. Motion Carried.

Motion by Resolution from Shelley Rosa to accept the second motion presented to the board. (See Attached) Support Moore. All Ayes. Motion Carried.

Motion by Rosa, support Moore to accept the third recommendation presented to the Board; that upon receiving and before acceptance of the grant, the terms and conditions for the Grant and Request for Proposal from the Northwest Michigan Council of Governments be reviewed by our legal advisor.

ANY OTHER BUSINESS TO COME BEFORE THE BOARD:

ADJHOURN: Motion by Miller to Adjourn. Support Moore to adjourn. Meeting adjourned at 5:30 p.m.
