Call to Order: Meeting called to order by Rokicki at 6:05.
Approval of the Agenda : Rokicki made a motion to approve. Smith supported
Public Input on the Agenda: None
Old Business:
Committee by-laws: Committee will review all sample by-laws and make recommendations at next meeting..
Skatepark: The Committee discussed the proposed order for the Skatepark ramps. Rosa said the township should not have to pay the money up front. He also suggested we talk to references. It was also suggested we double check that all hardware is included with the ramps. Warren said he would address these concerns before the order was made. He also presented a proposed wording for the Skatepark sign. The wording was simplified and will be presented to the Township.
New Business:
Drain field barrier: A possible barrier to prevent parking on the drain field was discussed. Rosa suggested using split rail fencing. The committee and Supervisor Demitroff said this was a good idea and will present to the township.
Misc. Demitroff mentioned that the Boy scouts may paint the playground equipment.
Rokicki mentioned that we may want to apply for the winter tribal grant for playground equip.
