Call to Order : The Meeting was called to order at 6:08pm by Chairman Denis Rokicki

Approval of the Agenda Motion by Rokicki to approve agenda. Supported by Lang.

Approval of the Minutes of 8/3/2009, 10/19/2009. Motion by Rokicki to approve Supported by Laing

Public Input on the Agenda: None

Old Business :

Park Guidelines, Committee by-laws: Rokicki and Lang presented to the Township board the committee's recommendations. The recommendations were to keep the guidelines simple and minimal. They also asked if the board wanted to look into by-laws for the committee. Committee members present agreed that we wanted to remain an advisory committee, and not become active in park management.

Skatepark, Tribal Grant Application: Warren stated he will finish up the tribal grant application by the next board meeting so the board can approve the application. Members offered some suggestions on wording parts of the Grant. Rokicki stated that he would like the Skatepark to be our main focus now.
