Call to Order: The Meeting was called to order at 6:05pm by Chairman Denis Rokicki
Approval of the Agenda Motion by Rosa to approve agenda. Supported by Warren.
Approval of the Minutes of 5/21/09,6/18/09,8/11/2009,9/17/2009. Motion by Rokicki to approve agenda. Supported by Laing
Public Input on the Agenda: None
Old Business:
Park Guidelines: The committee agreed that a park guideline posting should be kept short and simple and that this should be recommended to the board. No specific guidelines were suggested. Rokicki is going to ask the township board for more guidance in this area.
Skatepark Smith and Warren were still working on securing the donated ramps.
Smith stated that the donor of the ramps is willing to help get them to the park.
Warren stated that he had contacted the Lions club of Honor and spoke with them about applying for a grant with them for the Skatepark. The club representative stated that they were interested but concerned about possible liability for the club. Warren will look into this for the Lions. Rokicki said if the Lions do not work out he can check with the Eagles. Warren also stated that he will work with Smith to get the tribal grant prepared for the December deadline. They will also look at other grants.
New Business:
Committee By-Laws: The committee agreed for the need to have by-laws for the group. Several members stated that they would get copies of other by-laws so a recommendation can be made to the board for the creation of the by-laws.
Erosion in spillways: Rosa suggested we look into having the spillways cleaned out of the dirt and gravel that is starting to fill them up. He suggested that this could develop into a problem on adjacent property and could cost large amounts of money if not taken care of now. This concern will be brought up to the township board.

Call to Order: The Meeting was called to order at 7:05pm by Chairman Denis Rokicki
Approval of the Agenda Motion This was a special meeting to look over and approve plans for restroom project.
Public Input on the Agenda: None
Old Business:
Restroom Project: Motion: by Rokicki to present plans for restrooms to the Township board at next meeting. 2nd by Rosa.
New Business:
Trash Cans: Wareham offered to check at Cherry Growers on the cost of Trash cans.
