PRESENT: Cathy Demitroff, Mary Geetings, Shelley Rosa, Zelda Gray, and Matt Miller.
ALSO PRESENT: Frank Walterhouse, Roger Hubbell
The entire audience participated in the Pledge of Allegiance.
APPROVE AGENDA: Motion by Geetings, support Rosa to approve the agenda as presented. All Ayes. Motion Carried.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES: Motion by Demitroff to accept the November 5th minutes as presented. Support Rosa. All Ayes. Motion Carried.
TREASURER'S REPORT: Motion by Miller, support Gray to accept the Treasurer's Report as presented. All Ayes. Motion Carried.
CLERK'S REPORT: Motion by Rosa, to accept the Clerk's Reports as presented. Support Gray. All Ayes. Motion Carried.
APPROVAL OF BILLS:
General Fund - Motion by Rosa to pay all the General Fund Bills. Support Miller. Roll Call. All Ayes. Motion Carried.
Fire Millage - Motion by Rosa, support Miller to pay all the Fire Department Bills. Roll Call. All Ayes. Motion Carried.

OPEN BIDS for the Fire Barn Heating System: Four bids were opened for review;
Moore Mechanical 3 Heating Units $4,541.00
Platte River Ref & Heating 3 Heating Units $5,267.00
Platte River Ref & Heating 4 Heating Units $5,350.00
Seguin 3 Heating Units $7,700.00
Mechanical Consultant 3 Heating Units $5,350.00
Motion by Miller, support Gray to accept Moore Mechanicals bid to replace 3 Heating Units in the Fire Barn. Roll Call. All Ayes. Motion Carried.
OLD BUSINESS:
Recreation Park: The next meeting for the Park Committee is Dec 6. Members on the committee would like to apply for a grant through the Tribal Council to put bathrooms up at the park.
The Cherry Bowl Cruisers have offered the Recreation Park $800.00. Frank submitted an estimate for 4 X 39 Commercial Grade Chainlink Fence to be put behind the new dugout that was installed last summer. Motion by Gray, support Miller to accept the estimate from Apple Fence Company to purchase the chain link fence with funds given to the park from the Cherry Bowl Cruisers. All Ayes. Motion Carried.
Fire Department: 8 Runs for November - 75 runs for the year.
The volunteer Fire Department would like to have a Christmas Party using the Twp Hall. Motion by Rosa to allow the Fire Department to use the Twp Hall on December 16th at 5:00 p.m. Support Gray. All Ayes. Motion Carried.
Joint Planning: December 18th is the next JPC meeting at 7:00 p.m. at the Homestead Twp Hall.
Bi-laws were distributed to the board for approval, they have been approved by the JPC. Motion by Rosa, support Miller to adopt the JPC Bi-laws as presented. All Ayes. Motion Carried.
NEW BUSINESS:
JPC - Bi-Laws were approved.
Report L4029 - Mileage for Tax bill to the County Clerk. This needs to be approved by the board yearly. Motion by Gray to accept the L4029. Support Miller. All Ayes. Motion Carried.
Homestead Exemption - Poverty Exemption Guidelines were distributed, along with a Proverty Exemption Asset Test for review. Motion by Miller to adopt the Poverty Exemption Guidelines along with the Exemption Asset Test. Support Gray. All Ayes. Motion Carried.
Tribal Grant Application: The Twp Park Committee is applying for a grant to build bathrooms in the park. The grant would match 25% of the cost. Motion by Rosa to apply to the Tribal Council for a grant for bathroom for the Twp Park. Support Gray. All Ayes. Motion Carried.
Public In Put: None
Any Other Business to Come Before the Board: We have received a phone call from Ed Jones interested in sitting on the Zoning Board of Appeals, and a letter from Dan Moore interested in sitting on the JPC or the Zoning Board. Cathy will clarify.
Jessica Wooten=s term is up for the JPC. Motion by Rosa to appoint Jessica Wooten to a 3 year term to the JPC. Support Gray. All Ayes. Motion Carried..
Election - The primary Election will be January 15.
